BII-7010 Low Noise Broadband Hydrophone

BII-7010 hydrophones provide low cost solutions for underwater recording, listening and laboratory acoustics from 1Hz to 400kHz. These hydrophones come with coax/shielded cables and underwater mateable/BNC/TRS/XRL/MIL-5015 style connectors, and are ready to be integrated into underwater acoustic systems.

BII-7010 Hydrophones with integrated low power preamplifiers and high pass filters are ideal gears to amplify the weak signals underwater and reject ambient noises. Its compact and small size avoid interferences to acoustic field under test. The preamplifier integrated in the hydrophone can drive cable up to 1000m without signal loss over the cable. These features make BII-7010 hydrophones be ready for use in dipole, broadside array, end-fire array, line/planar/volumetric arrays.

These hydrophones support digital recorders, DAQs (A/D Converter), headphones (must order add-on headphone driver) and submersibles. Its optional built-in headphone driver help you enjoy the natural and marine animal sounds in audio frequency band while the sounds is being recorded.
