BII-7130 Series Low Noise High Sensitivity Hydrophone: Weak Signal Detection

BII-7130 series Hydrophones detect the weak signals from 1 Hz to 160 kHz underwater with omnidirectional sensitivity of as high as -130dB V/µPa. These professional hydrophones have built-in high pass filters to reject ambient noises. Its compact and small size avoid interferences to acoustic field under test. The high sensitivity and low noise performances make BII-7130 series be the ideal candidates for detection of long-range sound sources such as marine mammals/pingers 5km away and low target-strength subjects such as fish.

The hydrophones, which support digital recorders, DAQs, headphones (must order add-on headphone driver) and submersibles, are suitable for underwater sound recording and listening in field. Its optional built-in headphone driver help you enjoy the natural and marine animal sounds in audio frequency band while the sounds is being recorded.

Optional mounting parts are available for installation on portable-mounting apparatus, submersibles, pipe, tank or vessel.
